Reactive Services – 4hr or 8hr response to all fault calls (dependant on contract) All parts, labour & travel included within the scope of our contract price. Guaranteed fix or replacement equipment on all fault calls, including restoration of data when available and comprehensive technical support

Pro-Active Services – Preventative maintenance including Anti-Virus checking at least once a year, cleaning and replacement of worn parts, regular meetings to track persistent faults and flexible arrangements for new or disposed equipment

Additional Options – Software and hardware audit.
